We are looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in IBM Integration technologies to manage technology implementation in projects and provide technical guidance and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on expertise to development teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality project execution.
- Define, advocate, and implement best practices, coding standards, and architecture frameworks for IBM Integration solutions.
- Ensure adherence to development processes, security standards, and compliance frameworks, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Participate in technical discussions, feasibility studies, and risk analysis, breaking down complex projects into manageable components.
- Oversee project status, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the timely delivery of solutions with regular status reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development and IBM Integration technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in IBM Integration tools (IBM App Connect, IBM MQ, IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, IBM Integration Bus, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical problems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and ITSM processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical concepts effectively.
