Our client in the banking industry is looking for a SAP Systems Analyst with HCM / SuccessFactors Module experience to join their team.
About the role
The role will ensure stability and full functionality within area of responsibility, (Payroll and Time). SIT testing of tax updates, patches, bundles, upgrades, with the partnership of the payroll team.
You will provide operational support to end users to optimize their experience with SAP EC payroll, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving technical payroll issues as they arise. You will be responsible for maintaining the SAP payroll system, ensuring it remains compliant with regulations, operates efficiently, and stays up to date with the latest software developments. Additionally, you will keep abreast of payroll legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- 5-7 years of experience in providing support for SuccessFactors.
- Experience in either Employee Central (EC) or Recruitment, along with proficiency in one of the following modules:
- Time Management
- Onboarding
- Performance and Goals
- Talent
- Hands-on Configuration Experience: We are seeking candidates with practical experience in setting up performance modules, configuring Employee Central (EC), and writing rules.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Systems Analysis Methodologies
- Understanding of Role based permissions. (Authorisations)
Minimum Knowledge:
- Understanding of: SAP SuccessFactors integration with S4Hana
- Systems Implementation and Technical Systems Support
Ideal:
- Jira Core
- Confluence
- ITIL Principles and the application thereof
- Banking business models
- Best practices for Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience in SF compensation and variable pay is advantageous
- Experience in point-to-point replication between SF EC and SAP ECP is an advantag
