Use your tech support skills and experience to an international call centre’s operations. Based in Sandton, you will provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and efficient troubleshooting. Core hours: 3pm to midnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new PC equipment and peripherals for end-users
  • Manage user accounts and provide support for Office 365 and other Windows-based applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
  • Respond to emergency IT issues and escalate when necessary
  • Open service requests and ensure resolution within 48 hours
  • Support desktop systems, mobile devices, multifunctional printers, and contact centre applications
  • Create and maintain internal technical documentation and asset records
  • Manage stock levels and perform equipment audits
  • Assist with user training on new systems and implementations
  • Provide technical support for local and remote users
  • Participate in preventive maintenance and IT-related projects

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) and A+ / N+ certification
  • 3+ years of experience in hardware and software support, preferably in a contact centre
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 and MS Teams
