Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end D365 solution design and implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to align D365 capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Define technology strategies, innovation roadmaps, and architecture standards.
- Lead and mentor solution architects, developers, and functional consultants.
- Ensure best practices in solution architecture, integrations, and cloud deployments.
- Govern architectural solutions, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
- Design and implement integrations between D365 applications and third-party systems.
- Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
- Provide technical leadership in pre-sales and business development efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management.
- 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM).
- Proven experience leading large-scale D365 implementations.
- Expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Power Platform, DevOps, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
- Leadership experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly desirable.
