Key Responsibilities

Business Architecture Strategy

– Collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Architecture (EA) to establish governance and develop the Business Architecture Vision, Capability Model, and Value Streams.

Business Architecture Blueprint & Roadmap

– Work with stakeholders to create baseline and target business architecture models and perform gap analysis.

Business Architecture Governance

– Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of business architecture to meet goals and improve data quality management.

Data Architecture Strategy

– Develop and implement the Data Architecture Vision, Principles, and best practices in collaboration with IT teams.

Data Architecture Blueprint & Roadmap

– Collaborate with stakeholders to design the Enterprise Data Model, data flows, and master data management architecture, and assist in roadmap creation.

Opportunities & Implementation Planning

– Identify change opportunities, conduct gap analysis, and create implementation and migration plans for business and data transformation.

Stakeholder Engagement

– Develop strategies to engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and strengthen relationships to support architecture goals.

Qualifications & Experience

– Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
– Certifications: TOGAF 9/10 Certification and Enterprise Architecture.
– Experience: 8-10 years in Enterprise Architecture Leadership and Domain Architecture for Data and Business.

Key Competencies

– Knowledge of Protection of Personal Information Act, and PFMA.

Additional Requirements

– Expertise in Enterprise Architecture Leadership, Solution Architecture, IT Portfolio Management, and Technology Modernization.

Experience in Domain Architecture for Data, Applications, Technology, and Security.
