Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or [URL Removed]
- Experience with back-end development technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), PHP (Laravel), or .NET Core
- Expertise in database management using MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Version control proficiency, particularly Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Professional Competencies:
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within a 60-hour monthly allocation.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership capability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The full-stack developer must contribute to the following key deliverables:
- Software Development & Enhancement: Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications and services in alignment with client’s technical and business requirements.
- Scrum Participation: Actively contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high-quality code through proper documentation, peer reviews, and adherence to best development practices.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- System Integration & API Development: Ensure smooth integration between various systems through well-structured API development and implementation.
- Security & Compliance: Develop applications that adhere to security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to the public sector.
