- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred)
Experience & Technical Skills
- 6 – 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise in modules such as:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- TSM (Telecom Service Management)
- HR Service Delivery
- ITBM (IT Business Management)
- Service Portal & Mobile Development
