Senior Project Manager [3 Month Contract]
Requirements:
- A relevant Degree/Diploma and Project Management Registration or Project Management qualification (essential)
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as Project Manager (essential)
- Registration with relevant professional body (essential)
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage project team and third-party/vendor relationships.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Report on project status to stakeholders. Escalate issues as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Responsible for the administration and direction of assigned projects.
- Responsible for representing the university on all project matters within the portfolio.
- Responsible for maintaining satisfactory relations with clients.
- Determine the objectives for the project team in accordance with the contract terms and scope of work.
- Recommend all estimates for contract changes and variation orders.
- Control the project by continuous review of all project documentation within the ICS department.
- Primary contact on project matters.
- Physical review, evaluation, and inspection of the work done for the project.
