Senior Project Manager [3 Month Contract]
Requirements:

  • A relevant Degree/Diploma and Project Management Registration or Project Management qualification (essential)
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as Project Manager (essential)
  • Registration with relevant professional body (essential)

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage project team and third-party/vendor relationships.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Report on project status to stakeholders. Escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Responsible for the administration and direction of assigned projects.
  • Responsible for representing the university on all project matters within the portfolio.
  • Responsible for maintaining satisfactory relations with clients.
  • Determine the objectives for the project team in accordance with the contract terms and scope of work.
  • Recommend all estimates for contract changes and variation orders.
  • Control the project by continuous review of all project documentation within the ICS department.
  • Primary contact on project matters.
  • Physical review, evaluation, and inspection of the work done for the project.
