Intermediate Analyst Developer
Join a dynamic development team in the Technology department of a Leading Financial Services company. Our Client seeks to employ an Intermediate Analyst Developer on an initial 6-months’ Contract role. You will focus on designing, developing, and supporting critical solutions while collaborating with senior developers, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and debug software according to functional requirements.
- Collaborate on solution designs and technical frameworks for new applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and service errors.
- Contribute to source control, release management, and technical documentation.
- Ensure system stability and environment health, providing support during deployments and production errors.
- Assist with database design, optimization, and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
– Relevant IT qualification (Diploma/Degree).
– B.Sc. or National Diploma in Computer Science (preferred).
– 3 to 6 years of object-oriented development experience.
– 3 to 6 years of SQL database design and query writing experience.
– Experience in the investment management or financial sector is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
– Java (Intelli-J, Eclipse, NetBeans, etc.).
– SSIS Packages (SQL Server Data Tools).
– .Net and Angular (advantageous).
– Git source control (BitBucket, Bamboo).
– RESTful services and testing frameworks for APIs.
