Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute all data science-related work for the Group
  • Implement data strategy in line with best practice standards
  • Collaborate with data management to enhance decision-making and healthcare outcomes

Minimum Requirements:

  • B Hons in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience – Healthcare experience is essential
  • Expertise in Clinical Coding (ICD-10, CPT) and Material Coding – NAPPI, ATC
  • Strong understanding of Modelling Concepts (GLMs, Machine Learning)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with large datasets for extraction, cleaning, analysis, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with business leads to develop data science solutions for business challenges.
  • Design and implement algorithms for solving complex problems using analytics and statistical approaches.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and production-ready code.
  • Develop, optimize, and assist in deploying predictive models.
  • Contribute to the development of the Group’s advanced analytics strategy.
