You will work in the IT solutions team within an Insure (Short-term Administration) company. You will be responsible for analysing, designing and building BI solutions that enable operations and business strategic goals. Your ability to solve complex problems and understand the business in detail will help you thrive in an environment that puts a high value on data.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and analyse business requirements.
  • Design, build and maintain BI solutions through the full stack.
  • Prepare and combine data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth.
  • Relational and dimensional data modelling.
  • Analyse and interpret data, build reports to provide business insights and improve business process.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Minimum requirements:

  • Relevant degree
  • 5 or more years of experience as a BI Analyst Developer
  • Experience in either Power BI or Qlik
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Strong numeracy
  • Proven track record of project delivery

Advantageous requirements:

  • MS SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI
  • Snowflake, Talend, Qlik
