UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and UX research
- Design UI elements and build interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products
- Translate design concepts into functional front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and UI design skills
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Angular & Blazor, or other modern front-end frameworks
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of user research methodologies
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with agile development environments
- Experience collaborating with remote teams
Tools & Technologies:
- Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch
- Prototyping: Figma, InVision, Principle, Framer
- Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS/LESS
- Version control: Git
