Technical Support & Site Manager (based in Kathu)
You will provide essential technical and safety support to both on-site services and workshop teams, ensuring timely and successful job execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to influence decisions and maximize opportunities.
- Oversee and expedite spare parts manufacturing and refurbishment processes at the Kathu workshop.
- Ensure quality control and resolve any non-compliance or warranty issues.
- Monitor and support on-site maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities in the Northern Cape Region.
- Perform technical evaluations for sales opportunities and support tender meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BTech: Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in mineral processing (coal, ferrous & non-ferrous ores, etc.) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance.
- Strong skills in reading technical documents, engineering drawings, and project management.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Results-focused with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks.
MAX: R800k per annum. (including benefits)
