Overview:
We are seeking a Graduate Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ERP systems, working closely with both developers and business users to understand requirements, explore solutions, resolve issues, communicate progress, and document system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
- Define solution scope and ensure user alignment.
- Assess process impact on the entire ERP system.
- Coordinate with other project teams to manage interdependencies.
- Conduct gap analysis and document functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze reporting needs and prepare report specifications.
- Develop and present solution prototypes.
- Configure, customize, and validate ERP system implementations.
- Design and integrate third-party system interfaces.
- Define master data structures and assist in data migration.
- Provide training to super-users and end-users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- No prior work experience required.
