They are seeking a Business Analyst to join their Innovation Department, specializing in Online Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing digital sales platforms by transforming data into actionable insights, analysing performance metrics, refining sales funnels, and ensuring digital initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives. Collaborating across teams, you will develop intelligent, scalable solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive conversion growth. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least three years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on digital sales or e-commerce and possesses a strong background in data-driven decision-making and digital strategy development.
DUTIES:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Pinpoint key metrics to track online sales performance. Develop and implement clear, actionable reports for stakeholders that align with their strategic goals.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Dive deep into their digital sales funnel, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with their digital marketing and development teams to optimise conversion rates and customer acquisition efforts.
Digital Strategy Development:
- Help refine their digital sales strategy. Make data-driven recommendations to align customer experience with business objectives and stay ahead of market trends.
Project Leadership:
- Lead digital sales projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with developers, marketing and stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution.
Customer Journey Enhancement:
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to streamline the online sales journey, making it as seamless and user-friendly as possible across all digital touchpoints.
Innovation & Technology Integration:
- Stay ahead of digital trends! Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot). Strong grasp of digital sales strategies, UX and customer journey optimisation.
Communication & Leadership:
- You can turn complex data into simple, actionable insights. You’re a leader with a knack for project management and a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
