A well-established Travel company is seeking to appoint a Roaming IT Consultant

  • Infrastructure Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting of network, server, and hardware infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure minimal downtime by promptly addressing escalated infrastructure-related incidents.

Qualification:

  • Matric
  • Relevant IT qualification
  • CompTIA N+ Certification preferred

Experience:

  • 5- 8 years’ experience in similar position
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Azure, Active Directory, DNS, and Office 365.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience troubleshooting network-related/site down issues.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with a focus on Level 3 responsibilities
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Team worker with the ability to interface with staff as well as third parties
  • Passionate and creative in-service offering, dedicated to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Self-started with high energy levels
  • Accurate, problem solver, organized, methodical
  • Ability to work with detail whilst under pressure and takes pride in maintaining zero error
