ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic Boutique Consulting and Development Firm seeks a highly skilled ABAP Developer for a 12-Month Contract (Rolling). You will develop and maintain software solutions within the SAP environment, including writing custom code, reports, interfaces, and business processes. You will also be involved in creating technological solutions based on ABAP while collaborating with IT and business teams to define, develop, and implement optimizations in the SAP system. Applicants will require 3-5 years work experience in a similar role including ABAP debugging tools and performance tuning, SAP Gateway and OData Services and have solid knowledge of various SAP modules (FI, MM, SD). Please note this is a 12-Month Contract (Rolling).
DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs in various SAP environments.
- Create custom reports and integration interfaces with other systems.
- Optimize ABAP code and solutions for improved system performance.
- Work with SAP Gateway and OData Services for integration with external systems.
- Create solutions based on user requirements and business needs.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and perform system maintenance.
- Work with various SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in ABAP development.
- Experience with ABAP debugging tools and performance tuning.
- Experience working with SAP Gateway and OData Services.
- Knowledge of various SAP modules (FI, MM, SD) .
Advantageous –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience with SAP HANA.
- Experience with development tools like SAP WebIDE.
