Minimum Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in IT or Business related studies
- Min 5 years experience in a business/systems analysis role
- Experience in gathering and analysing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems and building solutions for fulfilling those requirements as well as management of these requirements in an Agile way
- Experience in developing process flows, data flows and diagrams to support solutions.
- Experience in the creation of user stories from business requirements suitable for development work and the breakdown of large Epics/Stories to match the outcomes of the analysis, thereby defining the (Acceptance Criteria the Definition of Ready and the Definition of Done) criteria.
- SDLC Methodology: Agile, Scrum, Kanban or XP
- Problem-solving skills
- Test management, testing methodologies and tools.
- BI Reporting Tools experience – AWS Quicksight
- Jira and Confluence experience
