Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in IT or Business related studies
  • Min 5 years experience in a business/systems analysis role
  • Experience in gathering and analysing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems and building solutions for fulfilling those requirements as well as management of these requirements in an Agile way
  • Experience in developing process flows, data flows and diagrams to support solutions.
  • Experience in the creation of user stories from business requirements suitable for development work and the breakdown of large Epics/Stories to match the outcomes of the analysis, thereby defining the (Acceptance Criteria the Definition of Ready and the Definition of Done) criteria.
  • SDLC Methodology: Agile, Scrum, Kanban or XP
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Test management, testing methodologies and tools.
  • BI Reporting Tools experience – AWS Quicksight
  • Jira and Confluence experience
