- Automate routine operational tasks to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, security, and availability issues in real-time.
- Participate in the design and implementation of disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in the payments and gaming sectors.
