- More than 3 years’ experience as ICT desktop support/services manager
- Experience in other ICT services and infrastructure management areas
- Exposure to frameworks such as ITIL, ITSM, or COBIT
- Experience in industries similar to CIPC
- Manage desktop support services staff, technology, projects, and changes
