Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist, who will be responsible for the execution of Information Technology (IT) application support function for the NAXT 365 ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics365.
This role focuses on ensuring seamless support for finance, inventory, warehouse management, procurement, and logistics.
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct support and engage business users/ stakeholders regarding the logged support cases, system awareness, and knowledge building.
- Gather and document business requirements from clients.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (modules: finance, inventory, warehouse management, procurement and logistics) to meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
- Assist in project management tasks related to ERP implementation.
- Perform and automate system monitoring procedures from an application perspective
- Support the other company rollouts based on support experiences gathered
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides based on support queries
- Perform system Unit testing, validation and deployment of new releases
- Work with Parts, Finance and Procurement business functions to optimize processes.
Your expertise:
- 8 – 10 years IT ERP Functional Support experience in a similar environment and at least 3 years as a senior specialist.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and processes.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Functional Consultant.
- Experience in influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
- Thorough understanding of ITIL to assist with driving excellence in application support
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) / Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Logistics or related field
- ITIL certification
- Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert
