Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – IT, ComSci, |Informatics or Engineering (10+ years)
- 5-10 years of functional experience in the relevant business function
- Experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives.
- Knowledge of Governance frameworks such as King IV, PoPI & GDPR
- Knowledge of IT service management / service control / enterprise architecture processes, methodologies & frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF.
- Provide a face from IT into the business, with the intent of enhancing the business function’s capability through enabling business processes, reducing complexity and improving data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the business partner leadership team by actively partnering with business peers to determine and articulate strategic direction
- Shape business demand into supply by partnering with appropriate business resources to facilitate ideation and the development of business cases and value plans, with a focus on continuous business improvement
- Work closely with SA Commercial IT Business Analysts to ensure that business demand is addressed effectively and sensibly
