Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with ERP and EMS platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth through partnerships, ensuring seamless technical integration, and maintaining long-term value from each collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Sales to set the global partnership strategy.
  • Build commercial model for partnerships.
  • Identify and agree on a target list of referral partners (including reviewing existing partners).
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with ERPs, EMS platforms, and similar entities.
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure successful system integrations.
  • Build business cases and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor partner performance, manage KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for key partners.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with partners, including joint campaigns and launches.
  • Maintain partner documentation, reporting, and renewal processes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Plan and host partner and client networking events.
  • Plan educational sessions for industry groups to educate them on the COMPANY service offering.
  • Building the brand through event attendance, publishing content, showcasing our capabilities, and networking in the market.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel management in a tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic tech / SaaS partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of technical integrations and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and highly motivated approach to achieving results.
  • Strong network and existing contacts in the ERP and EMS community is preferable but not essential.
  • Willing to travel abroad as needed.
