Responsibilities:

  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.
  • Oversee and drive strategic project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Liaising with company stakeholders and internal team to identify and define project requirement, scope, and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, ensuring smooth interdepartmental integration and coordination.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plan, milestone, reports and project management tools.
  • Monitor and enforce project governance and compliance standards to maintain operational excellence.
  • Tracking project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and proactively addressing any deviations.
  • Retrieving necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership on project performance, resource allocation, and potential improvements.
  • Ensuring company needs are met as projects/programs evolve and facilitating change management strategies.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for stakeholders, handling issues, and driving solutions proactively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project administrators and team members to foster professional development.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine project methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Bachelors degree Business Managment
  • Extensive knowledge of IT environments
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Project Administrator
  • Agile methodology

  • 5 to 10 years IT Project Administration / Management
