Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to map out current system landscapes and dependencies.
  • Analyse application and integration frameworks, with focus on CRM, NOMS, and ticketing systems.
  • Requirement gathering, solution design validation, incident review, system performance discussions.
  • Support the definition and improvement of KPIs related to incident or ticket analysis.
  • Identify business-critical applications affected by downtime and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with software developers and solution architects to ensure robust integration and performance solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or Systems Engineering.
  • 5+ years in systems analysis or related business systems roles.
  • Experience with Azure cloud environments and legacy-to-cloud migrations.
  • Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements documentation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, custom-built platforms).
