Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to map out current system landscapes and dependencies.
- Analyse application and integration frameworks, with focus on CRM, NOMS, and ticketing systems.
- Requirement gathering, solution design validation, incident review, system performance discussions.
- Support the definition and improvement of KPIs related to incident or ticket analysis.
- Identify business-critical applications affected by downtime and devise mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with software developers and solution architects to ensure robust integration and performance solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications in Business Analysis or Systems Engineering.
- 5+ years in systems analysis or related business systems roles.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments and legacy-to-cloud migrations.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, custom-built platforms).
