JOP PURPOSE
- To lead the stabilisation and modernisation planning for the client’s systems, ensuring scalable, resilient, and maintainable architecture that supports business continuity and future innovation
KPA
- Define the stabilisation roadmap and oversee system-wide architecture initiatives.
- Evaluate current integrations and lead the design of a modern API-driven architecture.
- Direct the refactoring strategy for monolithic applications and prioritise key decomposable components.
- Coordinate across cloud, data, and application teams to ensure architectural alignment.
- Lead risk mitigation planning and develop remediation plans for high-risk integration and system failures.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related.
- Microsoft SQL Server certifications preferred (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
- Demonstrated leadership in system modernisation and stabilisation efforts.
- Experience with integration architecture, legacy system analysis, and high availability design.
- Strategic thinking and systems-level problem-solving.
- Proficiency in architectural modelling and documentation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system transformations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
