We are looking to hire a dynamic Support Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of products and systems, providing timely and effective technical support to address customer needs and maintain customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Call management and resolution (incidents/requests)
  • Assist with AV/Patch Management/Backup
  • Managed security via Microsoft AD which we support for the client.
  • Onsite support and advise on virtualization and infrastructure technologies.
  • Facilitate change management and assist with implementation.
  • Onsite event management and investigations

Your expertise:

  • Experience in it: 4+ years
  • Experience In Industrial It (Preferred): 2+ Years

Capabilities required:

  • Demonstrate and apply problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Researching and apply new/enhanced technologies/
  • Communicate effectively
  • Conform to all SLA’s
  • Facilitate cross training and knowledge transfer among team members
  • Drive and facilitate continuous service improvement
  • Take responsibility for the environment DI supports

Qualifications:

  • GRADE 12
  • A+/N+/MSCE
  • Relevant degree or diploma in information technology
  • ITIL Certification
  • Driver’s License
