Minimum Requirements
- Electrical Diploma/Degree
- 5+ Years’ project management experience within a construction environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Understand contract documents such as JBCC, NEC, MBA
- Project planning & coordination of various projects
- Understand, interpret, measure & read electrical drawings
- Understand the project budgets & management thereof
- Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, QS Estimators & Foreman
- Quality assurance of work completed
- Ensure & enforce adherence to health & safety within the workplace
