Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholder input.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders and clients.
- Manage resource allocation and availability across multiple work streams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance on Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Project Managers to improve processes.
- Handle operational tasks including user requests and system enhancement coordination.
- Support financial management processes: project creation, time tracking, and month-end reporting.
- Prepare project documentation and client-facing reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
- 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a coordination or Scrum Master role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experienced with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and JIRA tools.
- Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and product delivery processes.
