Seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Cape Town (Bellville) to translate business needs into functional requirements and support system implementation and testing.
Key Requirements
- Degree in B Eng (Industrial) or other engineering qualification
- 4+ years’ experience in business/process analysis
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL, Dynamics NAV/Business Central (advantageous)
- Experience in FMCG and software development (advantageous)
- Ability to define/document processes, lead change, manage projects
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Office-based full time for first 6 months, then hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
