Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join the Port Elizabeth team,
· Support and maintain applications within the scope of the position,
· Diagnose and analyse problems
· Execute tasks received by management
· Monitor all business application components to ensure high level of support to clients and meet or exceed client expectation
· Work closely with development teams to assist in incident resolution
· Identify opportunities for process, systems and application improvements in a dynamic environment architected to solve problems and improve processes
Requirements· Grade 12
· Relevant qualification will be an advantage
· Minimum 2 years’ experience
· General knowledge of software development lifecycle will be an advantage
· Understanding of / ability to read and debug code is essential
· Understanding of different message formats will be an advantage
