Job Specification Sales System Administrator
? Managing OMS for both the Cape Town and Johannesburg branch.
? Load products on Pastel, Meat Matrix and OMS.
? Oversee product pricing and ensuring accuracy of products loaded on the system.
? Double check if what is loaded on the system is correct.
? Create and prepare product price lists.
? Create and load new products with selling and cost prices.
? Effectively handle Purchase Order and Stock Management Queries.
? Receiving and checking documentation of all Purchase Order requests for capital goods, services,
equipment, materials, supplies and transport.
? Supplier liaising and management regarding delivering of stock.
? Liaise with staff members regarding various stock requirement.
? Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
? Assisting with Monthly Stock takes.
? Accurate capturing and processing of all Purchase Orders on Meat Matrix and allocating correct cost codes.
? Amending of Purchase Orders when variations or supplier re-allocation applicable.
? Interact with accounts department for Purchase Order approvals and payments as required by Purchase Order specifications.
? Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
? Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
? Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
? Checking Suppliers invoice, prices & ensuring prices are updated on chips
? Managing Commercial App. Photos & Product Description.
? Following up on outstanding purchase orders with suppliers
? Loading Customer Catalogues
? Communicating prices increase from suppliers with management and ensuring customer prices are adjusted accordingly.
Requirements:
Gr. 12 Certificate
Computer Skills:
Pastel and experience in working on CRM systems
