We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong coaching capabilities, deep Agile expertise, and a passion for driving Agile transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation
- Serve as a servant leader and coach across multiple Agile teams, promoting adherence to Agile values, principles, and best practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure continuous team improvement through feedback loops, metrics, and process optimization.
- Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery and performance.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
Coaching & Mentoring
- Provide Agile coaching to team members, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and actively promote Agile excellence.
- Educate teams and leadership on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized and well-structured product backlog.
- Align team objectives with business goals through strong collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive cross-team coordination and manage interdependencies for seamless delivery.
Continuous Improvement & Agile Transformation
- Champion Agile transformation initiatives and embed a culture of continuous learning.
- Track and interpret Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to drive informed improvements.
- Contribute to and lead Agile Communities of Practice, fostering organizational-wide adoption of Agile.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with 2+ years in a senior capacity.
- Deep experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS frameworks.
- Strong command of Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
- Strong background in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Coach certification preferred.
- Experience in financial services, investments, or related industries is advantageous.
