This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior IT Support Technician. The Senior IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, printers, Wi-Fi, network connectivity and other devices.

They will also handle computer repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in supporting desktop computers, printers and WiFi networks
  • Ability to diagnose and repair computer issues
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in IT support or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus, IT diploma A+ N+ / strong technical

Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to go and see clients (paid per km)
