Provide onsite technical support across the Companies suite of products, outsourced services, and customer solutions, to maintain Companiesproducts and optimize client service.
Responsible to assist with hardware problems, removing and replacing faulty equipment, updating documentation, and reporting [URL Removed] site inspection and assess site readiness, provide a complete detailed design to accurately meet installation and customer specification requirements.
- Conduct site installations based on client specifications, including verifying the product/solution is in working order.
- Ensure customer product training takes place after site installations.
- Provide onsite technical maintenance as per customer request and achieve fault resolution.
- Identify trends in faults and share them with the service manager and technical department.
- Assist with multi-party (Vendors, Financial Institutions, Cash in Transit) site visits, installations, support, and escalation of investigations.
