Psybergate is an IT company that builds bespoke software solutions and provides highly skilled resources to its clients.
We are looking for a Front Arena Developer to join our financial services client based in Sandton for a 6-months contract role.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver coding fixes on Front Arena covering production issues, BAU enhancements, and significant BAU delivery. This includes delivery on changes to various objects such as Trade, Instruments, Cashflows, TextObject, Settlements, Confirmations, Business Process etc.
- Creation and update of PowerBI views
- Solution advice and direction for data strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate regularly keeping them informed of work statuses.
- Documentation of processes / guides, providing training and handover to business / support teams
- Adherence and compliance to the banks policies & standards regarding technology and info security measures.
- Assist with engagement with the vendor
What we are looking for:
- Completed BSc / IT degree or other related fields
- 5 years working on Front Arena
- Corporate Investment Banking experience
- 5 years experience working on Python v3
- PowerBI experience required
