Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves creating and modifying software to meet the specific needs of the business and its customers. To excel in this role, a CRM Developer should possess strong analytical and problem- solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of programming languages and development tools. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom CRM software solutions tailored to specific business and customer needs.
  • Design, code, test, and debug software applications using languages and tools like C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals.
  • Maintain and modify existing application code, SQL Server databases, and workflow scripts.
  • Enhance existing CRM systems to ensure ongoing effectiveness and relevance.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve software-related issues.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for software applications.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in CRM development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.), including a deep understanding of Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionality prior to customization.
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse).
  • Extensive experience with D365 customization and configuration (Tables, forms, views, charts, dashboards, workflows, solutions, security roles, etc.).
  • Proficiency with REST APIs/Web API, OData, and SOAP for D365 integration.
  • Strong experience in application development: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and MS SQL queries and report building.
  • Strong experience with Plugins & custom workflow activities.
  • Expert in technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and demonstrated ability to function effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple business areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
