We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to assist with and manage deliverables across multiple workstreams within the banking and investment banking sector. This role requires a confident self-starter, capable of independently handling tasks while providing strong support to senior project leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and tracking project deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a reliable right-hand support to senior project leads, providing proactive coordination and assistance.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables with high attention to detail.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including updates, reporting, and issue escalation.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and status updates, maintaining thorough documentation and follow-ups.
  • Support risk and issue management, proactively identifying and resolving potential blockers.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or diploma in business, finance, or project management is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
  • Investment banking experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently, with confidence and accountability.
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable working both as a leader and a supporter.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) is beneficial.
