Purpose of the role:
To manage the effective and efficient relocation from the premises in Johannesburg town to Rosebank.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience managing projects involving facilities structures or organizational relocations from one building to another.
Specific Requirements / Skills:
- Solid Project Management skills and experience.
- Relevant project experience with building-to-building moves.
- Expertise in planning, risk management, stakeholder/vendor coordination and governance adherence.
- Experience with OHS, Building permits and regulations.
- Understanding zoning and building codes.
- Experience in contractual obligations.
- Knowledge of Risk and compliance with regards to relocation.
- Exceptional ability to work with all stakeholders, including senior management and vendors.
Qualifications:
Any certifications or industry qualifications pertinent to the role.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in Relocation Projects
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Understanding of Business Zoning
- Understanding of Building codes & permits
- Knowledge of Risk and Compliance
