Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in conducting business and technical elicitation sessions.
- Able to document processes and develop detailed requirement analysis.
- Proficient in business analysis techniques aligned with IIBA standards.
- Competent in creating OpenAPI specifications, low-fidelity UX mockups, and UML diagrams.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design, and integration with tools like Postman, SoapUI, and MongoDB.
- Experience with SQL, JIRA, Lucidchart, and other IT workflow tools.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years as a Business Analyst.
- 4+ years in the investment industry.
- 6+ years in IT working with integrated solutions.
- Agile methodology experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- BCom Informatics or BSc degree.
- Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred).
