What You’ll Do:

  • Data Management & Analysis: Maintain data accuracy, perform comprehensive data integrity checks, and transform raw data into meaningful insights
  • Advanced Excel Operations: Leverage intermediate to advanced Excel functions including XLOOKUP, complex IF statements, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation techniques
  • Data Integration: Use Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into consolidated datasets
  • System Support: Execute routine system tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain operational workflows across various platforms
  • Database Operations: Query and manage data using SQL databases, ensuring data consistency and accessibility
  • Documentation & Communication: Create clear documentation using Markdown and communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Continuous Learning: Adapt to new tools, platforms, and data systems while contributing to data-driven projects with precision and focus

Essential Requirements:

Core Excel Proficiency

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, complex IF statements, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
  • Expertise with Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and data modelling
  • Experience with data validation, conditional formatting, and advanced charting

Data Processing & Transformation

  • Power Query experience for data extraction, transformation, and automation
  • Understanding of data cleaning, normalization, and preparation workflows

Technical Foundation

  • Documentation Skills: Ability to create and maintain technical documentation using Markdown

Systems Understanding

  • Basic comprehension of business systems architecture (CRM platforms, ticketing systems, ERP solutions)
  • Understanding of data flow between different operational systems
  • Experience with system integration concepts and workflow automation

Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
