Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support for the company’s products and services.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues (remove, replace faulty equipment).
  • Inspect sites before installations and ensure they meet technical requirements.
  • Install systems/products as per client specifications and verify functionality.
  • Conduct on-site client training post-installation.
  • Perform technical maintenance and resolve faults on request.
  • Report recurring technical issues to management.
  • Work with multiple parties (vendors, banks, CITs) for support and issue resolution.
  • Support cash management systems for outsourced clients.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Basic IT knowledge and certifications (A+ is an advantage).
  • ITC and Criminal Record must be clear.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must own a roadworthy vehicle.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: R9,000/month
  • Fuel Allowance: R4,000/month
  • Vehicle Maintenance: R6,000 per quarter
  • Insurance Support: R1,000/month
  • Commission: R200 per service call after reaching a minimum of 80 calls/month
