RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to identify, define, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to strategic objectives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that present data in a clear, insightful, and actionable way for decision-makers.
- Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to extract meaningful trends, forecasts, and performance insights.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance insights, such as predicting project success, portfolio risk, or investment ROI.
- Support scenario modeling and impact analysis to guide strategic portfolio
- Maintain and improve existing data solutions, ensuring scalability and relevance over time
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a portfolio or program management environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI and Excel.
- Experience building KPI frameworks and dashboards that align with organizational goals.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (regression, clustering, classification) and familiarity with tools like Azure Machine Learning, AutoML, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data clearly into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
