Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Must have 10-12 years post-graduate experience as a Project Manager.
Must have knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Must have knowledge of relevant/applicable legislation, regulations and policies.
Must have knowledge of government strategies, policies and intergovernmental relations.
Must have in-depth knowledge of project and programme management methodology and tools.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the design and construction of projects.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the built environment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
