Job Opportunity: Business Architect / Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Systems)
About the Role:
As a Business Architect / Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, designing, and improving business processes and systems within a complex enterprise environment. Leveraging your expertise in object-oriented design, the software development lifecycle, and business process modeling, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative, feasible, and cost-effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed functional analysis and feasibility studies
- Leading data governance and data management initiatives
- Applying infrastructure architecture and enterprise architecture principles
- Managing projects and driving change management exercises
- Facilitating as-is/to-be business process modeling and business process re-engineering (BPR)
- Making well-reasoned recommendations that align with business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business analysis or business architecture within enterprise systems
- Strong background in Data Governance and Data Management
- Experience with infrastructure and enterprise architecture
- Extensive project management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Skilled in conducting feasibility studies, including cost analysis
- Expertise in business process modeling and improvement methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with IT capabilities and systems limitations
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
- Advanced degrees such as MBA or Master’s in Information Systems highly desirable
- Professional certifications in business process management (e.g., BPMN), Six Sigma, Lean Management, or related disciplines advantageous
