Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Must have 3-5 years of experience in MEP Building services Revit/BIM modelling.
Must have experience in Fire and Life safety design, Revit models, sheets, and AutoCAD drawings
Must have experience in wet services and drainage design, Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC) design
Experience in Multi-disciplinary MEP would be advantageous.
