What you will be doing:
- Define, design, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITSM Pro, ITOM [Discovery], HRSD, APM, SPM) for organizational and client needs.
- Collaborate to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards and ensure system integration.
- Lead complex configurations and customizations using various technologies.
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects for high-quality delivery.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and consultants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor ServiceNow advancements and recommend innovations.
What our client is looking for:
- ServiceNow certifications e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified System Administrator (CSA) would be beneficial.
- 5+ years ServiceNow consulting experience with ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM (EA), and SPM expertise.
- Proven success leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations, aligning technical excellence with business goals.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Extensive experience in scalable ServiceNow architecture and complex system integration design.
- Strong client communication skills, able to convey technical information to technical and executive audiences.
- Proficient in resolving technical issues with minimal user impact.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams, promoting collaboration.
- Familiarity with one investment management application (e.g., fund accounting, CRM, document management, EDM) preferred (e.g., eFront, Intralinks, Simcorp Dimension).
