RequirementsWhat You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide world-class application support to end-users and business teams.

  • Investigate and resolve technical system issues with precision and speed.

  • Design and support system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

  • Analyze processes and recommend smart, scalable improvements.

  • Maintain data quality, and perform regular system maintenance.

  • Create clear, useful documentation to support knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with project teams to bring expert insights into cross-divisional solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 1st-year tertiary education in both Information Systems / Computer Science and Accounting.

  • 2+ years’ experience in:

    • Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.

    • Using MS Excel and VBA effectively.

  • Solid grasp of Windows troubleshooting, networking basics, and application installations.

  • Outstanding technical skills and analytical thinking.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities — able to bridge the gap between tech and business users.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a support-driven environment.
