We are currently recruiting for First Line Support candidates to join the Managed Service teams for clients based in Century City, Western Cape and for Sandton, Gauteng. Please note that both position will be onsite at our client’s respective offices. This is a permanent, full-time position, ideal for someone with experience in an MSP environment who can manage their workload independently while providing top-tier support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software
Support cloud-based services, including Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms
Accurately enter time and documentation in PSA tools
Manage assigned tickets and communicate status updates effectively
Prioritize and balance daily workload with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an MSP environment
Proficiency with standard MSP software, including:
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools
Professional Services Automation (PSA) software
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools
Professional Services Automation (PSA) software
Experience supporting Windows environments, desktops, and common business applications
Familiarity with cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD)
Ability to document work clearly and efficiently
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSA, or equivalent) is a plus
Additional Details
Please note that this position requires of you to work Canadian office hours which will be mostly from 2pm to 10pm.
