Responsibilities:
- Drive Cultural Transformation: Implement and analyze culture surveys to identify systemic trends and partner with senior leaders to develop interventions that foster a high-performance, high-trust environment.
- Champion Talent Intelligence: Utilize predictive models and workforce data to identify high-potential employees, critical capability gaps, and succession risks, presenting your findings to senior management to inform strategic planning.
- Innovate with Predictive Analytics: Leverage AI and machine learning models to forecast attrition, identify leading indicators of team performance, and translate predictive insights into proactive talent and culture strategies.
- Enhance Performance Management: Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, analyzing data on feedback quality, calibration consistency, and goal completion to drive continuous process improvements.
- Become a Systems & Data Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems (like MyHR/SAP SuccessFactors), streamlining reporting processes with tools like Power BI and Excel, and ensuring data integrity across the HR tech stack.
- Engage and Empower Stakeholders: Act as the primary contact for HR and business leaders on analytics requests, translating complex data into simple, compelling visuals and narratives to support key business decisions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR analytics, talent management, or organizational development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools like Tableau).
- Essential working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors/MyHR, Oracle HCM, Workday).
- A proven track record of successfully designing and delivering people analytics, performance metrics, or culture assessment projects.
